Key Dates

• Rego closes | Saturday 17 October 2026
• Trial 1: Sunday 18 October 2026 | 11am-1pm
• Trial 2: Sunday 25 October 2026 | 11am-1pm
• Trial 3: Sunday 1 November 2026 | 11am-1pm

Trials cost $35 per player; this cost covers all three weeks.

Players must attend all three sessions. Injured players should still attend if they wish to be considered for selection.

Changes to the 2027 Season

BNSW has introduced changes for the next season that will impact when the season begins and the levy cost.

If more than 24 teams nominate for Division 2, a pre-season grading round will be played in February (date TBC). Due to this, they are currently unable to provide us with the information required to calculate the levy and Individual Player Sponsor price. Information will be provided to the selected players as soon as it is available.

Exemption Form

In the case that you cannot attend a trial/s please apply for ‘Application for Exemption from Selection Trial’.

Players who were registered to a Waratah team at another association in 2026 will need to complete transfer forms if selected to the team.

Open Men & Women

Open teams did not receive sufficient coach or player EOIs to proceed with trials at this time. We will revisit the viability of these teams after the junior and Youth Men’s rep trials are complete.
